This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used and shared. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide — such as your name, telephone number, ZIP code, age range, and Medicare status when you request to be connected with a licensed insurance agent.
• Device & usage data — browser type, device, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed.
• Click & referral identifiers — click IDs, source and campaign codes passed by our advertising and call-tracking partners to attribute a visit or call.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used to remember your visit, attribute referrals, and measure traffic.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account, or payment card information on this Site. Any such information is provided by you directly to a licensed agent or carrier under their own privacy policy.

2. How we use and share your information

When you ask to be connected with an agent, or place or receive a call through the Site, we share the contact information you provide with one or more licensed insurance agency partners so that a licensed agent can contact you about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug, or related insurance options. 3. Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

By submitting your information or by calling a number displayed on the Site, you agree that BrowseBenefits, POSTBACK LLC, and our licensed insurance agency partners may contact you at the telephone number you provide — including by telephone call, text/SMS message, email, and automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded/artificial voice messages — regarding insurance products and services, even if that number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time (see “Your choices” below).

4. Compensation

BrowseBenefits and its licensed agency partners may be compensated based on a consumer’s enrollment in an insurance plan. Compensation does not change the cost of any plan to the consumer.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your visit, attribute referrals, and gather aggregated analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit Site functionality.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of further contact, by emailing [email protected]. To stop calls or texts, you may also tell the agent, reply STOP to a text, or ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list. We honor reasonable requests as required by applicable law; residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
